Mayor Bennett appeared at 5:12 p.m. and CM Hernandez and CM De La <br />Rosa absent. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss Item A and B. <br />A.
