CITY OF COLTON CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES May 6, 2003 In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above -given date at 5:05 p.m., with Mayor Pro Tempore Chastain presiding. CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Councilmembers present were Zamora, Mitchell, Ramos, Hernandez, and Mayor Pro Tempore Chastain. Mayor Bennett and Councilmember De La Rosa absent.
