11 <br />2I <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7; <br />8 <br />FOLLOWS: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1603 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 964, AS AMENDED, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: <br />1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment <br />9 application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />10 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption <br />11 of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of <br />3.2 land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />3.3 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />14 appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on <br />15 file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />16 Zoning Map Nos. 39 and 46 <br />17 <br />Change of Zone from R -E, Residential Estates, and <br />18 R -E -X, Residential Estates with Special Conditions, <br />to P.C.-X, Planned Community with Special Conditions, <br />19 on property located at the east end of Prado Lane in <br />the Reche Canyon area. <br />20 <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />21 <br />City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />22 <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to <br />23 <br />s hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />24 <br />fficial Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in <br />25 <br />accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />26 <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in <br />27 <br />orce and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />28 <br />
