BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: Zoning Map Nos. 38 &39 Change of Zone from County Zoning to City Zoning, R -E -X, Residential Estates with Special Conditions, on property located on Lot 5 and a portion of Lot 6 in Tract No. 7531, 11633 Encanto Lane. 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the :ity Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the )fficial Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in orce and effective thirty (30) days after final passage.
