The City Council of the City of Colton hereby finds and deter- <br />mines that the terms and conditions of the Project Development Agreement be, and <br />the same are hereby, approved; provided that upon execution thereof the Project <br />Development Agreement will provide the City of Colton with an option to acquire <br />2 megawatts (to 8 megawatts) of transmission capacity. <br />2. The Mayor is authorized to execute and deliver the Project <br />(Development Agreement by and on behalf of the City of Colton in substantially <br />the form submitted to this meeting. <br />3. Pursuant to Section 54241 of the Government Code of the State <br />of California, this Ordinance is subject to the provisions for referendum appli- <br />cable to the City of Colton. <br />4. The City Clerk shall certify to the enactment of this Ordi- <br />nance and shall cause this Ordinance to be published in accordance with Section <br />54242 of the Government Code of the State of California. <br />5. Thirty (30) days from and after its enactment, this Ordi- <br />nance shall take effect and be in full force, in the manner provided by law. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 1982. <br />FRANK A.
