That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Colton on a Text Amendment to Sections <br />18.08.370; 18.12.160; 18.16.010; 18.24.080; 18.16.080; 18.12.111; 18.12.131; <br />18.12.112; 18.12.051 of the Colton Municipal Code and Ordinance No. 1602. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of <br />the proposed Text Amendment. <br />3. That said Text Amendment and the recommended action appro- <br />priately shown in Exhibits "A" through "I." <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />City Council on the aforementioned recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TWO: The Text Amendment herein above stated is hereby <br />approved. <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force <br />and effective thrity (30) days after final passage. <br />SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of <br />this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton <br />Courier, a weekly newspaper, hereby designated for the purpose. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of 3uly, 1982. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
