In no event shall an identification sign placed <br />on a wall comprise more than fifteen percent (15%) of the area <br />of the wall upon which the sign is located and shall not exceed <br />the height of the wall. <br />Section 18.24.040.B.3.a.i. & Section 18.24.040.B.2.b.i. <br />All sites shall be limited to a maximum of one sign type, <br />i.e., a site may have a maximum combination of one wall sign, <br />one pole sign and one monument sign. <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TWO. The Text Amendment herein above stated is hereby <br />japproved. <br />SECTION THREE. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force <br />and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />SECTION FOUR. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of thi <br />ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton Courier, a <br />weekly newspaper, hereby designated for the purpose. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 1983. <br />RT A.
