The City Council finds and declares: <br />1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held <br />by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on a Text Amend- <br />ment to Section 18.32.030.C.1 of the Colton Municipal Code and <br />Ordinance No. 1602. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed Text Amendment. <br />3. That said Text Amendment and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown is as follows: <br />Section 18.32.030.C.1 - is amended to read: <br />i. Parking Requirements, a reduction of up to ten <br />percent of the amount of spaces required may <br />be approved. <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held <br />by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Plann- <br />ing Commission. <br />SECTION TWO. The Text Amendment herein above stated is <br />hereby approved. <br />SECTION THREE. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be <br />in force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />SECTION FOUR. The City Clerk shall certify to the <br />.Dassage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be pub- <br />
