1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 II <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 1 <br />WHEREAS, it has been stipulated by all parties that the <br />preliminary injunction entered on September 26, 1980, by <br />the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside, can be <br />dissolved and that procedures for allocation of interim <br />sewer connections available pursuant to the Court's Order <br />may be terminated. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN -AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinances 1567, 1587 and 1595, previously <br />adopted by the City Council of the City of Colton, are repealed <br />for the reason that the City's newly renovated sewage treatment <br />facilities can in fact handle additional discharges and all <br />new sewer allocations should be made pursuant to existing <br />federal, state and local laws and regulations. <br />SECTION 2.
