1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1645 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1579, AND SECTION <br />15.04.050 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT- <br />ING TO BUILDING PERMITS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ORDAINS that Section 5 of <br />Ordinance No. 1579, and Section 15.04.050 of the Colton Municipal Code, is amendf <br />ed to read as follows: <br />15.04.050 Buildinq Permits - Improvements and Dedications - Bond.1 <br />Every Building Permit, save and except building permits issued for <br />fences or walls or swimming pools, issued to any applicant for an <br />enclosed structure, remodeling or addition of four hundred square <br />feet or more, shall include: <br />A. Installation of all off-site improvements, including curbs, <br />gutters, sidewalks, street trees, street lights, paving of <br />streets and alleys, as may be required and connection to <br />utilities, in accordance with city standards and specifica- <br />tions in and on all street frontages of the lot or lots to be <br />used in conjunction with the building to be constructed or <br />improved; or <br />B. Enter into an improvement agreement with the City agreeing to <br />complete the improvements as set forth in subsection A on a <br />date certain as may be agreed upon by the City, and further <br />agreeing to hold the city, its agents, officers and employees <br />free and harmless from all claims of any nature whatsoever <br />arising in any way out of applicant's use and occupany <br />or the condition of the property, and further agreeing to <br />furnish the City a performance and completion bond or cash <br />bond or other acceptable security in an amount and form deemec <br />adequate by the City Engineer, securing the performance of <br />
