Establishment of Authority. The indus- <br />trial development authority of the City established by the <br />Act is hereby declared organized under the name of "Industrial <br />Development Authority of the City of Colton" and shall func- <br />tion under and in accordance with provisions of the Act. <br />Section 4. Construction. The provisions of this <br />Ordinance, being necessary for the welfare of the City and <br />its inhabitants, shall be liberally construed to effect its <br />purposes. <br />Section 5. Notice and Effective Date. The Mayor <br />shall sign this Ordinance and the City Clerk shall attest <br />thereto and shall cause the same or summary thereof within 15 <br />days of its adoption to be published once in a newspaper <br />published and circulated in the City, and thereafter this <br />Ordinance shall take effect and be in force according to law. <br />ADOPTED this 20th day of December, 1983. <br />4 a o o t �eCi�tyof Colton, <br />California <br />ATTEST: <br />&.
