That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment <br />application to amend Section 18.12 of Ordinance No. 1602, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption <br />lof the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of <br />land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on <br />file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />Map No. 15 <br />Change of Zone from Flood Plain to Business Park/PC, <br />subdivision of approximately 30.5 acres into nine <br />lots for commercial development, and specific plan, <br />on property located south of Fairway Drive, north of <br />Interstate 10, and 1,000 feet east of Sperry Drive. <br />(Index No. A-9-83) <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to <br />is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in <br />accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in <br />Iforce and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />
