The boundary of the parcel being divided has been <br />surveyed and monumented within five years prior to the request <br />for division and said survey is a matter of public record, and <br />sufficient monuments shown on the recorded survey remain intact <br />so as to allow location of the property without requiring a <br />devious survey. A record of survey which in the opinion of the <br />advisory agency, has been recorded primarily for the purpose of <br />compliance with this section shall be considered an attempt to <br />circumvent the requirement of this chapter and a violation <br />thereof.
