The City Council finds and declares: <br />1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held <br />by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on a Text Amend- <br />ment to Title 7 of the Colton Municipal Code and Ordinance No. <br />1602. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed Text Amendment. <br />3. That said Text Amendment and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown is as follows: <br />Title 7, Section 7.04, of the Colton Municipal <br />i <br />Code, Animal Ordinance, be amended to read as <br />per "Exhibit A" attached hereto. <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held <br />by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of t_h,.� Plann- <br />ling Commission. <br />SECTION TWO. The Text Amendment herein above stated is <br />hereby approved. <br />SECTION THREE. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be <br />in force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />SECTION FOUR. The City Clerkk shall certify to the passage <br />of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in <br />the Colton Courier, a weekly newspaper, hereby designated for the <br />
