That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment <br />Iapplication to amend Section 18.12 of Ordinance No. 1602, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recamiended the adoption <br />of the proposed mexOmment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of <br />land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the reccmended action <br />tely shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on <br />file in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />Map Nos. 15, 16, 20 and 21. <br />Change of Zone from M-1 to SP (Specific Plan) <br />on 143 acres of land located south of I-10 <br />and west of Hunts Lane. <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />'ity Council on the aforesaid reccnml--ndation of the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION nGO: The zone reclassification herein above referred to <br />22 is hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the <br />23 fficial Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1_420 in <br />24 ccordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. <br />25 SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in <br />26 Eorce and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />27 <br />28 <br />
