That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />he Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District <br />endment application to amend Section 18.12 of Ordinance No. 1602, <br />s amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adop- <br />ion of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of cer- <br />ain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said appli- <br />ation, subject to certain conditions. <br />3. That said Parcel is delineated and the recommended ac - <br />ion appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed <br />n the maps on file in the City Clerk's Office numbered as follows: <br />Map Nos. 12, 13, 17, 18, 22, 23, 27, 28, 34, 41. <br />Change of. Zone from R-1, M-1, M-2, FP -2/M-1, <br />FP -2/M-2, and FP -2/R-1 to Specific Plan, SP, on <br />property generally located west of Rancho <br />Avenue, south of Interstate 10, and north <br />of the Santa Ana River. (A-9-85) <br />4.
