That a public hearing has been duly and legally held b <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District <br />Amendment application to amend Section 18.12 of Ordinance No. 1602, <br />as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adop- <br />tion of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of cer- <br />tain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said appli- <br />cation, subject to certain conditions. <br />3. That said Parcel is delineated and the recommended ac- <br />tion appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed <br />on the maps on file in the City Clerk's Office numbered as follows: <br />Map No. 15 <br />Change of Zone from R-1 to Business Park, on <br />property located north of Fairway Drive, east <br />of Warm Creek Channel to City limits (A-10-85). <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by <br />the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassification herein above referr- <br />ed to is hereby approved. <br />The Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the Offi- <br />cial Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 <br />
