ORDINANCE NO. 0-10-86 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON APPROVING AND ADOPTING A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE WEST VALLEY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AS THE OFFICIAL REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR SAID PROJECT WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton (the "Agency") has formulated, prepared and approved a proposed Redevelopment Plan for the West Valley Redevelopment Project (the "Redevelopment Plan") and has recommended that the City Council of the City of Colton approve and adopt said Redevelopment Plan; and WHEREAS, said Redevelopment Plan has been prepared pursuant to California Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Sections 33000 et seg.); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton has submitted its report and recommendation on the proposed Redevelopment Plan, finding that the proposed Redevelopment Plan is in conformity with the Colton General Plan, and has recommended approval of the proposed Redevelopment Plan; and WHEREAS, the Agency has adopted Rules Governing Participation and Preference by Property Owners, Operators of Businesses and Tenants for the West Valley Redevelopment Project, which document meets the requirements of California Community Redevelopment Law; and WHEREAS, the Agency has adopted the Relocation Plan for the West Valley Redevelopment Project, providing for the relocation of persons, families and businesses from the Project Area, the payment of relocation benefits and the giving of relocation assistance to such persons, families and businesses, which document meets the requirements of California Community Redevelopment Law; and WHEREAS, the Agency has submitted the proposed Redevelopment Plan and its Report thereon (pursuant to Section 33352 of the Health and Safety Code) to the City Council, which Report contains, among other things, the Planning 1
