The City Council finds and declares: <br />to That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Colton on a Text Amendment to the Agua <br />Mansa Industrial Corridor Specific Plan. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of <br />the proposed Text Amendment. <br />3. That said Text Amendment and the recommended action appropriately <br />shown is as follows: <br />The Agua Mansa Industrial Corridor Specific Plan is amended to <br />read as per Exhibit "A," attached hereto. <br />SECTION TWO. The Text Amendment herein above stated is hereby <br />approved. <br />SECTION THREE. This ordinance shall be in force and effective <br />thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />SECTION FOUR, The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton <br />Courier, a weekly newspaper, hereby designated for the purpose. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 1986. <br />ALBLKI A.
