Any <br />retailer or consumer subject to a sales or use tax under <br />this chapter shall be granted a credit against the <br />payment of tax owed under this chapter in the amount of <br />sales or use tax paid, if any, to the Redevelopment <br />Agency for the City of Colton pursuant to the Colton <br />Redevelopment Agency Sales and Use Tax Ordinance as <br />enacted by Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton <br />Ordinance No. RDA -0-1-86." <br />SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of <br />this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in a <br />newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the <br />County of San Bernardino and circulated in the City of Colton, <br />such publication to be completed not later than fifteen (15) days <br />after the passage hereof; or in lieu of said publication, the <br />City Clerk shall: <br />
