No loans, advances, or indebtedness to finance, in whole or in part, the <br />Project and to be repaid from the allocation of taxes shall be established or <br />incurred by the Agency beyond ten (10) years from the effective date of <br />this Ordinance. <br />Eminent domain proceedings, if necessary to acquire property within the <br />Project Area, shall be commenced not later than 12 years from the <br />effective date of this Ordinance. <br />2. The City Clerk is directed, upon the effective date of this Ordinance, to <br />attached a true and correct copy of this Ordinance to the official copies of <br />the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 1 held in the <br />office of the City Clerk. <br />3.
