The City Council finds and declares: <br />1. That a Public Hearing has been duly and legally held b�,' <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on e Text <br />Amendment to Title 18 of the Colton Hunioipal Code. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption <br />of the proposed Text Amendment. <br />3. That said Text Amendment and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown is as follows; <br />Section 18.12.160, Uses Permitted in Each Zone' shall be <br />amended to allow child care services in single family <br />residential zones (R-1. R -E), and in Public Facility (PF) <br />zones with a Conditional Use Permit; and, <br />Section 18'16'020. Dwelling Size, shall be amended to <br />include the following note: <br />-1- <br />
