That said parcel is delineated and the recommended <br />action appropriately shown and for convenience is <br />referenced indexed on the maps on file in the City <br />Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />Map Number Thirteen (13) <br />Change of Zone from C-2 to R-3, on property <br />located on the southeast corner of "K" and 7th <br />Streets (File Index Number A-2-$7), Assessor's <br />Parcel Number 163-073-01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 <br />4. That a Public Hearing has been duly and legally held <br />by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TWO: <br />The zone reclassification herein above referred to is <br />hereby approved and the Community Development Director <br />is hereby directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps of <br />the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance Number 1420 in <br />accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to <br />the same. <br />-2- <br />
