That a public hearing has been duly and <br />legally held by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Colton on one Zone District Amendment application to <br />amend Section 18.12 of Ordinance 1602, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has <br />reuommerided the adoption of the proposed amendments <br />and the zone reclassifications of certain parcels of <br />land in accordance with and pursuant to said <br />application. <br />3. That said parcels are delineated and rne <br />recommended action appropriately shown and for <br />convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on file <br />in the City Clerk's office numbered as fol\owa: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" & "B° <br />4.
