That e public hearing has been duly and <br />legally held by the Planning Commission of the City of' <br />Colton on one Zone District Amendment application to <br />amend Section 18.12 of Ordinance 1602, as amen�ed. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has <br />r*no��ondnd thF- adnption of the proposed amendment <br />and the zone reclassification of certain parcels (APN <br />164-1�l-�2� 164-I51-26. of land in <br />accordance with and pursuant to eaid application. <br />3. That said parcels are delineated and the <br />recommended action appropriately shown and for <br />convenience is referenced indexed on the mapa on file <br />in the City Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />Zone Map ll - Change of Zone from R-1 to R-1/PC <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and <br />legally held by the City Council on the aforesaid <br />
