<br />of the said County, being duly sworn, deposes
<br />and says:
<br />THAT ........he is and at all the times herein
<br />mentioned was a citizen of the United States, over
<br />the age of twenty-one years, and that ........he
<br />is not a party to, nor interested in the above
<br />entitled matter; that ........he is the principal clerk
<br />of the printer of the Colton Courier, a newspaper
<br />of general circulation, printed and published in
<br />the City of Colton, State of California, County of
<br />San Bernardino, and which newspaper is published
<br />for the dissemination of local news and intelli-
<br />gence of a general character, and which newspaper
<br />at all the times herein mentioned had and still
<br />has a bona fide subscription list of paying sub-
<br />scribers, and which newspaper has been estab-
<br />lished, printed and published at regular intervals
<br />in the said City of Colton, State of California,
<br />County of San Bernardino, for a period exceeding
<br />one year next preceding the date of publication of
<br />the notice hereinafter referred to; and which news-
<br />paper is not devoted to nor published for the in-
<br />terests, enterlalnment or instruction of a particular
<br />class, profession, trade, calling, race, or denomin-
<br />ation, or any number of some; that the notice, of
<br />which the annexed is a printed copy, has been
<br />published in each regular and entire issue of said
<br />newspaper and not -in any supplement thereof on

<br />CITY OF COLTON
<br />AMENDING ORDINANCE'
<br />NO. 1602, AS AMENDED,
<br />AND PROVIDING FOR
<br />CERTAI N ZONE
<br />RECLASSIFICATIONS
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY
<br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br />THE CITY OF COLTON AS
<br />FOLLOWS:
<br />SECTION ONE: The City
<br />of Colton finds and declares:
<br />1. That a public hearing has
<br />been duly and legally held by
<br />the Planning Commission of
<br />the City of Colton on one Zone
<br />District Amendment•
<br />application to amend Section
<br />18.12 of Ordinance 1602, as
<br />amended.
<br />2. That said Planning
<br />Co m m I ss I on h as
<br />recommended the adoption of
<br />the proposed amendment and
<br />the zone reclassification of
<br />certain parcels (APN
<br />164-151-22; 164.151-26;
<br />164-151-27) of land In
<br />accordance with and
<br />pursuant to said application.
<br />3. That said parcels are
<br />delineated and the
<br />recommended action
<br />appropriately shown and for
<br />convenience is referenced
<br />indexed on the maps on file In
<br />the City Clerk's office
<br />numbered as follows: Zone
<br />Map 11 - Change of Zone from
<br />R-1 to R-1/PC.
<br />A. That a public hearing has
<br />been duly and legally held by
<br />the City Council "on the
<br />aforesaid recommendation of
<br />the Planning Commission.
<br />SECTION TWO: The zone
<br />reclassification herein above
<br />referred to are hereby
<br />approved and the Community
<br />Development Director is
<br />hereby directed to amend the
<br />official Zoning Map of the
<br />City of Colton adopted by
<br />Ordinance No. 1420 In
<br />accordance herewith to show
<br />said approval and certify to
<br />the same.
<br />SECTION THREE:
<br />Effective Date. This
<br />ordinance shall be In force
<br />and effective thirty (30) days
<br />after final passage.
<br />SECTION FOUR: The City
<br />Clerk shall- certify to the
<br />passage of this ordinance and
<br />shall cause the same to be
<br />published once In the Colton
<br />Courier, a weekly
<br />newspaper, hereby
<br />designated for the purpose.
<br />PASSED, APPROVED
<br />AND ADOPTED this 19th day
