The actual cost for laboratory study and reports and an <br />administrative fee, shall be the obligation of the occupants of <br />the premises where the wastewater is created or discharged. <br />The administrative fee shall be fixed by the City Manager <br />based on the City's current overhead cost allocation percentage. <br />The expense to be paid by the user shall be billed and <br />be payable the same as for other sewer use charges. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of January , 198 <br />ATTEST: <br />z4y�a- ?�Zn� <br />HELEN A.
