The City Council Finds and declares: <br />1. That a Public Hearing has been duly and legally <br />held by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Colton on a Text Amendment (TA -3-87) to Title 18 of <br />the Colton Municipal Code and Ordinance Number <br />1602. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed Text Amendment. <br />3. That said Text Amendment and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown is as follows: <br />Title 18, Chapter 18.24, Special Provisions, <br />is amended to include the following Section <br />18.24.120, Satellite Dish Antennas: <br />
