The following change is <br />made to the "Uniform Mechanical Code," 1985 Edition: <br />Section 301 (b) is amended by adding after item 5, item 6 <br />as follows: 4-6. Installation, repair or replacement of <br />controls to each heating appliance or heating, ventilation, <br />air conditioning or refrigeration system installed by a <br />recognized incorporated public utility for use of such <br />corporation in the distribution, generation, transmission, <br />metering of gas or for temporary testing equipment." <br />SECTION THREE: Permits withheld or suspended. No <br />building permit or occupancy permit shall be issued when the <br />—2- <br />
