11 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-2-88 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON PROHIBITING CERTAIN PARKING <br />The City Council of the City of Colton ordains: <br />211 SECTION ONE <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />Ordinance No. 1074, the Uniform Traffic Ordinance, is amended <br />by adding to Section 9.3 "NO PARKING AREAS" Subsection (K) as follows: <br />Within fifty feet of an intersection, except passenger cars. <br />SECTION TWO <br />Ordinance No. 1074, the Uniform Traffic Ordinance, is amended <br />by adding to Article X: <br />streets". <br />"Stopping, Standing or Parking restricted or prohibited on certain <br />Section 10.9 as follows: <br />Section 10.9 Parking in residence districts: <br />Parking a trailer, or a truck tractor with a trailer or semi <br />trailer attached or a truck with a load capacity of over one ton on a public <br />street in a residence district is prohibited. <br />This Section shall not apply to the parking of recreational <br />vehicles, including travel trailers and motorhomes. <br />This Section shall not apply to parking during loading or <br />unloading. <br />Terms used herein shall have the meaning as defined in the <br />California Vehicle Code. <br />ADOPTED February 2 , 1988 <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
