That it is recognized that as part of the development <br />review process, Planning Division staff time and city <br />resources are utilized to provide both plan check <br />services and Architectural and Site Plan Review <br />services. <br />2. That the Planning Commission, after public review, has <br />recommended the establishment of fees for said services. <br />3. That staff is authorized to present to City Council a <br />resolution settinq the appropriate fee for Plan Check <br />Services and Architectural and Site Plan review <br />services. <br />SECTION_ TWO <br />The fees herein above stated are hereby established. <br />SECTION_.THREE <br />This Ordinance shall be in force and effective thirty (30) days <br />after final passage. <br />
