NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Colton does hereby ordain as follows: <br />Section 1. That Chapter 12.34 is hereby added to <br />the Colton Municipal Code to read as follows: <br />"Chapter 12.34 <br />STORM DRAIN FACILITIES FEES FOR DRAINAGE <br />BENEFIT AREA NO. 1 <br />12.34.010 Purpose and Intent <br />12.34.020 Definitions <br />12.34.030 Compliance with Chapter <br />12.34.040 Storm Drain Facilities Fees <br />12.34.050 Establishment of Account <br />12.34.060 Time of Payment <br />12.34.010 Purpose and Intent. It is the <br />purpose and intent of this Chapter to <br />establish the method of financing the <br />construction of necessary storm drain <br />facilities and improvements to serve new <br />subdivision development proposed within <br />Drainage Benefit Area No. 1. Pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 66483, the City <br />of Colton does hereby establish a storm <br />drain facilities fee for the purpose of <br />-4- <br />
