The development shall meet the requirements as set forth <br />by the Public Works Department for street, sewers, <br />utilities, etc. <br />5. Anv easement issues shall he settled either before <br />approval of the final map or issuance of building <br />permits, whichever is first applicable. <br />6. All plans and supporting information as outlined in the <br />conditions stated within, shall be aproved by the <br />Community Development Director prior to issuance of any <br />building permits, business license or occupancy permits, <br />whichever is first. applicable. <br />7. Significant deviations from the approved conditions or <br />plans must return to the Plannina Commission for <br />approval. <br />SIGNS <br />1. All signs may be approved by the Community Development <br />Director. <br />AESTHETICS <br />1.
