That a Public Hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />Panning Commission of the City of Colton, on one Zone <br />District Amendment application to amend Section 18.12 of <br />Ordinance 1h02, as amended. <br />B. That said proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of <br />certain parcel (Assessor's Parcel Number 162-052-05, 16, 171 <br />or land is in accordance with and pursuant to procedures <br />established by Ordinance. <br />That said zone reclassification consists of a Zone Chance from <br />C-2 to PE of 2.8+ acres of land with an existing abandoned <br />buildina. <br />D. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action <br />appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced on the <br />mans on file in the Citv Clerk's office numbered as follows: <br />ZONE MAP 10 <br />E. That a Public Hearing has been duly and legally held by the <br />City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission. <br />
