<br />WAIVER OF CERTAIN
<br />DOG LICENSE FEES.
<br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br />THE CITY OF COLTON,
<br />CALIFORNIA, DOES
<br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
<br />There is hereby added to
<br />the Municipal. Code of
<br />the City of Colton,
<br />Chapter 7.08.021, which
<br />is to read as follows:

<br />The Finance Director
<br />may, at his/her discre-
<br />tion, waive payment of
<br />the required license fee to
<br />an owner, custodian or
<br />trainer of a dog, if such
<br />dog is, or is in traininj to
<br />be, a guide dog for .the
<br />blind, signal dog for the
<br />deaf, or service dog to the
<br />disabled.. The owner,
<br />custodian -or trainerof
<br />such a dog may be
<br />requested to submit proof
<br />that the dog has been
<br />successfully trained as a
<br />guldej signal -or service
<br />dog, or is currently
<br />involved in such training.
