EXHIBIT "B" <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />WASTEWATER CAPACITY CHARGES <br />AND <br />WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT FEE <br />A. RESIDENTIAL USERS (APPLICABLE FOR HOMES, MOBILE HOMES, <br />CONDOMINIUMS, AND APARTMENTS) <br />WASTEWATER CAPACITY CHARGE: <br />$2,800/Residential Dwelling Unit <br />B. COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL USERS (APPLICABLE TO ALL USERS NOT <br />COVERED BY PARAGRAPH A. ABOVE) <br />1. WASTEWATER CAPACITY CHARGE: <br />$6/Gallon of Maximum Daily Wastewater Capacity <br />The commercial capacity fee shall be based on the estimated <br />maximum daily discharge to the Colton Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant. The minimum capacity charge shall be $2,800/sewer <br />connection. The fee shall be applicable to new or increased <br />capacity. The fee shall be paid prior to construction of <br />any new physical connection to the wastewater collection <br />system or prior to any increase in wastewater discharged to <br />the sewer collection system. <br />2. WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT FEE: <br />All users which have been issued wastewater discharge <br />permits shall pay an annual permit fee of $200/year. The <br />fee shall be due on July 1 of each year. <br />
