Amendment application to amend Section 18.12 of <br />Ordinance 1602, as amended. <br />B. 'That said proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of <br />certain parcel (Assessor's Parcel Number 164-252-10, 11, 121 <br />of lanci is in accordance with and pursuant to procedures <br />established by Ordinance. <br />C_ That said zone reclassification consists of a `Lone Change from <br />R-1 to C;-2 commercial development of 15+ acres of vacant, land. <br />D. Tiiat the Conditions of Approval listed herein shall be <br />strictly adhered to. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />1. The anp icant shall meet and comply with all <br />requirements, mitigation measures; and suggestions of the <br />Environmental Impact Report prepared for the proposal. <br />2. ALI utilities are to he placed underground. <br />
