The applicant shall not utilize on-site detention basins <br />as a solution to the drainage problem. <br />2. The solution to the drainage problem shall be approved by <br />the Public Works Director with the Communitv Development. <br />Director's recommendation. <br />3. A drainage study is required prior to submittal for a <br />building hermit. Additional conditions may be required <br />that cannot be determined at this time. <br />NOISE <br />1. A11 buildinas within the 65 CNEL Zone shall incorporate <br />noise attenuation measures meant to decrease interior <br />noise_ levels to below 45dhs. <br />TRAFFIC <br />1. The developer shall. pay a traffic mitigation fee for this <br />project's lair Share of public improvements within this <br />proiect's impact area, in accordance with the City's <br />infrastructure ordinance. <br />-5- <br />
