Pit Barbeques - No Charge <br />2. Installation and Removal of Underground Flammable or <br />Combustible Liquid Tanks - No Charge <br />Ordinance No. 1659 names the Department of <br />Environmental Health Services of the County of San <br />Bernardino, State of California, the implementing <br />agency of this ordinance. <br />3. Tumbleweed Burning Permit - No Charge <br />4. Non -Profit Organizations requiring permits will not be <br />required to pay the permit fees. Profit organizations <br />working for non-profit organizations are required to <br />pay permit fees unless all proceeds go to the <br />non-profit organization. <br />III. Special Services. <br />1. Malicious False Alarms - $200.00 <br />2. Response to false alarms due to negligence, alarm <br />malfunction, tampering with alarm system, <br />construction, or modification of building - $200.00 <br />for each alarm in excess of three over ninety (90) day <br />period. <br />3. Special Event Activities - One time events. These <br />events may need services, at permittee's expense, of <br />one or more standby firefighters - Reimbursement of <br />actual cost (minimum of two hours). <br />4. After Hours Inspection - Contractor/Developer requests <br />for field inspection outside normal working hours - <br />Reimbursement of actual cost (minimum of two hours). <br />
