SECTION 2. Approval. <br />The Amended Development Agreement, a copy of which <br />is attached hereto as Attachment "A", is approved and the <br />Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute and deliver <br />the Development Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />SECTION 3. Recording. <br />Pursuant to California Government Code Section <br />65868.5, the City Clerk shall record with the County <br />Recorder of the County of San Bernardino a copy of the <br />Amdended Development Agreement describing the land subject <br />thereto within 10 days after the agreement is executed on <br />behalf of the City and Property Owner. <br />SECTION 4. The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and <br />the City Clerk shall attest thereto and shall cause it or a <br />summary of it to be published according to law in a news- <br />paper published and circulated in the City of Colton; and <br />thereupon and thereafter this ordinance shall take effect <br />and be in force according to law. <br />ADOPTED, SIGNED and APPROVED this 21st day of <br />Au u:t,1990. <br />Mayor of theit Colton, <br />California <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk of the City of <br />Colton, California <br />-3- <br />SCD0241 <br />
