Section 6.16.240 of the Colton <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />6.16.240 - Authority to fix monthly charges for <br />disposal service and collection, including non-residential <br />collection, shall be fixed from time to time by Resolution <br />of the City Council. Monthly charges established by City <br />Resolution shall be a civil debt owing to the City by the <br />owner and any occupant or user of the premises receiving <br />service. <br />SECTION 2. of Ordinance 0-12-89 and Section <br />6.16.250 of the Colton Municipal Code is amended to read <br />as follows: <br />
