NOTICE TO CITY OF COLTON CITIZENS <br />REGARDING ORDINANCE NO. 0-15-90 <br />On Tuesday, October 16, 1990, the Colton City Council <br />adopted Ordinance No. 0-15-90 amending Chapter 3.28, Title 3 of <br />the Colton Municipal Code, and Ordinance No. 0-3-90. <br />This Ordinance grants Credits against Sales and Use Taxes <br />owed to the City of Colton in the amount of Sales and Use Taxes <br />paid, if any, to the Colton Redevelopment Agency, and to Repeal <br />Section 3.28.137, Chapter 3.28., Title 3, of the Colton Municipal <br />Code, and amend Ordinance No. 0-3-90. <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO) ss <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />I, HELEN A.
