NOTICE TO CITY OF COLTON CITIZENS <br />REGARDING PROPOSED ORDINANCE <br />On Tuesday, November 6, 1990, the Colton City Council considered <br />First Reading of an Ordinance for Community Facilities District No. <br />90-1. <br />This Ordinance authorizes levy of Special Tax within Community <br />Facilities District No. 90-1 (Mt. Vernon Corridor), pursuant to the <br />rate and method of apportionment set forth in Exhibit A of the pro- <br />posed ordinance. Said Special Tax shall be in an amount necessary to <br />pay all of the costs of providing the facilities, periodic costs, costs <br />of the tax levy and collection, and all other costs including amounts <br />payable with respect to the bonded indebtedness within the boundaries of <br />the Community Facilities District. <br />You may wish to examine the full text of this ordinance which is <br />on file in the City Clerk's Office. <br />The City Council meets at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton. <br />HELEN A.
