The Mayor of the City Council shall sign this <br />Ordinance and the City Clerk shall cause the same or a summary of <br />this Ordinance to be published within fifteen (15) days after its <br />passage at least once in the San Bernardino Sun, a newspaper of <br />general circulation published and circulated in the Community <br />Facilities District. <br />Section 8.
