<br />RECHE CANYON SPECIFIC PLAN KNOWN AS
<br />FILE NUMBER D-60`90. AN ORDINANCE ALSO
<br />APPROVING OFA AND ACCSPTING'AS COMPLETE,
<br />THE RECHE CANYON ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT _
<br />REPORT
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton City Council has
<br />held a public hearing as required by law to consider
<br />the Reche Canyon Specific n; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City has commissioned the creation
<br />of the Specific Plan in order to provide for the orderly,
<br />asstheticdaydopmentof a Canyon; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City CoWwil. has found the Specific
<br />Pian to further the goals of the City and •b benefit the
<br />Canyon Residents; and or
<br />WHEREAS, the property known as Tentative Tract
<br />12201 will be considered under its present zoning; and
<br />."WHEREAS, the City Council does make the fol-
<br />lowing findings:
<br />1. The plan is consistent with the City of Colton Gen-
<br />eral plan adopted in 1987.
