1 ORDINANCE No. 0-20-90 <br />2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON CITY COUNCIL <br />GRANTING A CHANGE OF ZONE AND GENERAL PLAN <br />3 AMENDMENT FROM A to M-2, KNOWN AS FILE INDEX <br />NUMBER DAG -67-90- <br />4 <br />5 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton did consider <br />6 a Zone Change requested by Donald Kleckner, to change the zone <br />7 located at 2130 and 2040 Agua Mansa Road from A (Agricultural) to <br />8 M-2 (Heavy Industrial), also known as File Index Number <br />9 DAG -67-90; and <br />10 WHEREAS, the City Council did give notice of the Public <br />11 Hearing as required by law; and <br />12 WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said Public Hearing and <br />13 considered said request on December 18, 1990; and <br />14 WHEREAS, the City Council, having studied and researched <br />15 such application, makes the following findings; <br />16 1. The proposal is consistent with the Zoning Ordinance. <br />17 2. The proposal is consistent with the General Plan. <br />18 3. The project merits a negative declaration. <br />19 4. The project is compatible with its environmental <br />20 surroundings. <br />21 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the City Council does <br />22 hereby approve the change as requested. <br />23 <br />24 APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of January ,1991. <br />25 <br />26 FRANK A.
