R- 8 9 - 9 o. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Colton, as follows: <br />Section One <br />The City Council finds and declares: <br />A. That a Public Hearing has been duly and legally held by the City <br />Council to consider amending Ordinance 02-90. <br />B. That it is recognized that, as a part of the building construction <br />process, grading plan check fees are assessed to compensate <br />for Building Division staff time and City resources. <br />C. That the Community Development Director has reviewed and is <br />now recommending an increase of fees for said services. <br />D. That Staff is authorized to present to City Council an amendment <br />to Ordinance 02-90 providing for grading plan check fees to be <br />set by Resolution. <br />Section Two <br />The fees herein above stated are hereby established. <br />Section Three <br />This Ordinance shall be in force and effective thirty (30) days after final <br />passage. <br />
