Title 10, Subsection 9.3 "No Parking" Areas <br />of the Colton Municipal Code is amended to read as follows. <br />10.04.075 Section 9.3 amended by adding subsections (k) <br />and (1) - No parking areas. There is added to Section 9.3 "No <br />Parking" areas as follows: <br />(k) Within fifty feet of an intersection, except passen- <br />gers cars. <br />(1) Parking a motor vehicle, so as to be visible from <br />the public right-of-way, is prohibited on the front yard or side <br />yard of residential property except as follows: <br />(1) in a garage or carport, (2) in the driveway connect- <br />ing a garage or carport with the adjacent street, (3) on property <br />without off-street parking in a garage, carport or driveway for at <br />least two vehicles, where the residence fronts on a street, the <br />paved portion of which is less than thirty-two feet wide, (4) rec- <br />creational vehicles, including motorhomes, pickups with campers, may <br />The parked in side yards. <br />
