Section 5.02.040, License --Application <br />contents, the following is added: <br />G. A non-refundable license fee of $25.00 is due and <br />payable to the collector at the time of filing application <br />for the first license. <br />Section II. Section 5.02.090, License --Duplicates, is <br />amended to read as follows: A duplicate license may be issued <br />by the collector to replace any license previously issued <br />pursuant to the provisions of Sections 5.02.010 through 5.02.370 <br />and which license has been lost or destroyed upon the licensee <br />filing a statement of such fact and, at the time of filing such <br />statement, paying to the collector a duplicate license fee in <br />the amount of ten dollars. <br />Section III.
