O- 9 -91 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE <br />The City Council finds and declares: <br />1. That it is recognized that as part of the Planning process, Planning <br />Division's staff time and city resources are utilized to provide certain <br />services and actions, in addition to those currently approved for fees. <br />2. That the Planning Division staff, after surveying surround cities and <br />evaluating our cost for current planning services and actions, is <br />recommending the establishment or amendment of fees for said services and <br />actions. <br />3. That staff is presenting to City Council a resolution setting the appro- <br />priate fees for the following services and actions: <br />Annexation - Pre Zoning <br />Annexation Processing (City fee only) <br />Appeal <br />Planning Commission decision to City Council <br />Design Review Committee, or Director decision to Planning Commission <br />Architectural and Site Plan Review <br />Structure less than 500 square feet <br />Structure 500 square feet to 1,499 square feet <br />Structure 1,500 square feet to 2, 999 square feet <br />Structure 3,000 square feet to 4,999 square feet <br />Structure 5,000+ square feet <br />Single Family Manufactured/Mobile Home Review <br />Building Demolition Review <br />Single Family Residential <br />
